Every home is different, so we price each project after a free walkthrough. You'll get a fixed, all-in quote within 24 hours — no hidden fees and no surprises.

Do I have to bundle everything, or can I book just staging?

Staging is our core service and works great on its own. Cleaning, project management, and listing photography are optional add-ons — take the full turnkey package or add only what you need, à la carte. Each service is quoted separately.

How long does staging take?

Most homes are fully installed in about a day after you approve the quote — always before your listing photos are shot.

What areas of the Bay Area do you serve?

Vacant or owner-occupied staging — which do I need?

Vacant staging fully furnishes an empty home. Owner-occupied staging elevates a home you still live in using your furniture plus our accents. Not sure? Tell us about the property and we'll recommend the right fit.

Can you stage a home while I'm still living in it?

Yes — owner-occupied staging is one of our specialties. We work around your daily life, editing and restyling what you already own and layering in our pieces so the home shows beautifully without moving you out.

Do you stage condos, and can you deal with the HOA?

Absolutely — condos are a big part of what we do. We coordinate directly with your HOA on certificates of insurance, elevator and loading-dock reservations, and building move-in rules, so agents and sellers never have to chase it down.
